1 Week in the Books.. I’m still Alive.

When I stared my journey 13 days ago, I didn’t know how I would have survived it, but here I am, alive and still kicking. (Literally)  With any workout program, they say that the first week is always the hardest and I would have to agree with that.  You body and mind are being taken to places that you couldn’t imagine.

When your body is starting to ache and tell your mind to shut down for a rest, you have to tell your body that, things will be fine, just keep going and that it’ll love the results later on. When the workout gets a little tough, I take my mind to another place, to help get through the temporary pain.

Although I’m not able to complete EVERY rep that the workout suggests, I do try my best to keep up, and make sure that I don’t lose anything on my form.  5 well executed reps are much better than 10 sloppy reps.
