I bet you would like to know what would make your life easy when it comes to losing weight and doing next to nothing. If you eat more fiber in your diet (10 grams or more) you will on average lose 4.3 lbs by doing nothing but this! Pretty amazing huh? It is a known fact that people do not eat nearly as much fiber as they should. I would bet that you probly could use some more fiber in your diet. The beauty of fiber is that it tastes great, it fills you up and it is good for you! What else could you want in a food? The bottom line is that you need to eat more fiber, but there is a couple of things to know about fiber before you start taking in more of it.
Here are some things to think about as you increase your fiber intake:
The American Cancer Society recommends that we aim for about 25-30 grams of fiber a day, which is more than double what the average American gets.
If you don’t eat much fiber through out the day, then slowly increase the amount that you take in.
I know that you have heard it a million time but drink a lot of water!!! Water is so important because it help to pass the fiber out. (Ewww)
Cut back if you are experiencing gas, bloating, stomach cramps or any other obvious problems that don’t feel normal to you.
Here are a list of foods that I love that are high in fiber:
1) Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries (1 cup provides up to 1/3 of your goal of at least 25 grams of fiber per day)
2) Oatmeal ( the greatest breakfast food of all time)
3) Fiber one bars ( Oh man these are so good, I eat like 2 or 3 of these a day!)
4) Whole wheat bead ( make sure that this stuff is 100% whole wheat)
Action plan:
Incorporate more fiber into your diet and let the readers know of any other delicious fiber-rich food that you enjoy in the comments.

Wow I can’t believe how easy it is to add more fiber into my diet! I absolutely love oatmeal and I will definitely start getting fiberone bars instead of chips for snacks around the house. Thanks Jesse!
