Back in the Saddle Again.

melvin-xAfter taking 5 days off with family sleeping and living in my basement, a.k.a. my workout zone, I am back at it. Some thought that I wouldn’t make it back, **cough**Jesse**cough**, but here I am.  Luckily, most of the days that I missed were leg, and cardio based portions of the workout plan.  I was able to do a couple of things to keep the heart rate up, give my legs a little workout.  Not to the intensity of the P90X, but a workout none the less.

I thought that it would be tough to get back into it, and that my body would be more sore than it was, but conversely, this was the first time that I was able to complete all of the reps that I had to do for my workout.  I think that the rest helped rejuvenate my body.

Melvin,

Are you sure that you are ok? Maybe someone at your age should just take it easy? I sent in that request for P90Gerital that you wanted, we shall see if it gets through. Ha! Kidding, you are doing a great job and I look forward to seeing your results when you complete the program.
