I have had a lot of people contacting recently about being a Beachbody Coach. I love it, I love the fact that people actually see the fact that you can have a huge change in your life by helping yourself and others with their fitness goals. It is the one of the most exciting feelings in the world for me when I get a call or an email that says, “Jesse! I just weighed myself and I lost 13 pounds this month and about 3 inches!” What a great feeling it gives me to know how great someone feels just by encouraging them to take care of themselves the right way.
That is to me what it is all about. When you get into something like this, you don’t have to be an expert. You don’t have to be some fitness health nut that is always preaching to people. All you need to do is to use the products and be able to share it with your friends and family. I am always talking to people all the time and what I basically do is just encourage them to keep written goals and make sure it is that they know exactly what they want to achieve from all of this.
I also talk about the importance of what they are eating and what they put into their bodies. You will see throughout my website that this really is the most important thing when it comes to taking are of yourself the right way. It is all about what you are eating and how much of it that you are putting in. I have actually found out that sometimes you can have people that think they are eating right and they are actually making a ton of mistakes. I have even had people argue with me about foods that I could tell they just didn’t want to give up. What I have to keep in mind is that many people have food addictions that they have had for years.
So as a Beachbody Coach it is important to remember that you will be seeing many different types of people that will need your help. The key is to stay positive no matter what. Show people that you will be there for them and that you are willing to go above and beyond what it expected of you.
