How many things about weight loss have you seen out there on TV, magazines and the Internet? It is getting to the point where it is hard to tell what works and what does not. I must admit I have tried my fair share of things out weight loss and other programs that help you lose weight or get you stronger. I think that you could spend all day just looking at reviews and new product and never actually get to using what it is that they are talking about.
For me that cycle got really sickening and I decided to do something about it. One day after seeing a P90X infomercial I decided to order the program from Beachbody. After ordering it I became super excited and could not wait for it to get in. Once it did get here I was so ready to dive into it head-over-heals. I used the program for the allotted 90 days and not only was it the best weight loss program, it was also a major strength enhancer.
Now I don’t want to deceive you with anything I am putting here about being the best weight loss program. I really never had to big of an issue with weight. I would say more, I aloud myself to get soft. I think after completing the program I lost about 12 lbs of fat and gained about 5 lbs of muscle. It really was transformational after I finished it. I remember looking at the before pics right after I took the 90 day pics and my jaw just dropped. I forgot how I looked at the beginning and I was proud of where I ended up.
I am not telling you this to impress you, rather to impress upon you that the Beachbody products are the best weight loss products in the world! I promise you once you take a serious look at them you will see what I am talking about. I am sure you can tell that I am a Beachbody Coach, but I will tell you this….DON”T BE A COACH UNLESS YOU LOVE THE PRODUCTS!!!! I mean that with all of my heart. Don’t go and be Coach if all you are in it for is the money. People will see right through you if you are not honest and genuine with you passion for fitness and health.
