Great Snacks 100 calories or less!

by Jesse

I have been asked by several people lately what is a great snack to have around the house or even on the go. I have found this list from Web Md that shines a light on that question.  I love to have  lots of variety around so that I can mix it up. It is so important to remember that inorder for your metablism to work correctly you have to be eating small meals frequently throughout the day. Don’t wait until you are extreemly hungry at eat as much as you can (bad).  I would love to hear any other healthy, low cal snacks that you enjoy in the comments section.
