Into the 2nd week of Slim in 6!!

reneThings are going quite well with Slim in 6 my new work-out videos. I am slow but surely getting into shape. I already feel so much better and have also been doing the Shakeology diet.  I love the shakes, the greenberry one is my favorite but they are both very good. I usually do 1/2 a scoop in the morning with whatever I mix with it. When I am done with work at 3:30 I do the other 1/2 scoop and it is working well for me. I eat a few small meals in between. I have lost 5 lbs since I started last week and am very pleased with my results so far.

As I rock along in my journey to becoming healthier and more fit I always think about why I didn’t do this before?  I mean really?  What really stops people from getting into better shape and taking care of themselves the right ways?  It actually is kind of crazy to think of how many people that I personally know that need to start taking their health a lot more seriously.

What I think that it comes down to is that they might think it is too hard to way too much work to actually start exercising and doing things the right way.  Well I am here to tell you that the statement people are making about fitness and it being difficult, could not be any farther from the truth.  Not only is it not that hard but it is actually a lot of fun to exercise and eat right.  The reason I say that it is a lot of fun is because it really is fun to look and feel this good.  It is so much fun to know that I will be around a lot longer because I am finally doing things the right ways.

For me it is taking one day at a time with my Slim in 6 and my Shakeology, with those things I know that I have the true key to success.  Well those things and also having a positive attitude.

Next week will be even better!
