Hello everyone, I don’t think I need to remind you that summer is almost here and you better start kicking it into high gear if you want to have your Beachbody! If you are like more people I know, you want to look your best when you are out at the pool or on the beach. Now is the time to really kick things in to gear with your workouts and make sure that you are eating the right type of foods. I don’t care if you are doing P90X, Slim in 6 or any other amazing Beachbody Workout. Just make sure that you are doing them everyday and sticking to your guns.
It is what you do now, in the month of March that will define how you look this summer. I am not trying to scare you or anything, but don’t say I didn’t warn you. Make sure that you are doing everything that you can to push yourself for that extra mile. Make sure that you are putting down the crappy foods, like the white breads and the sugars and taking the time to eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
