P90X Positive Mind

I have mentioned this many times before but I am going to mention it again, how important the mind is when you are trying you best to achieve your fitness goals.  I wish I had a nickle for every time I talked to someone who said that he/she is trying to workout and get in shape but it just doesn’t work for them or I always feel like crap and have to motivation.  Well let’s see….DUH!  Do you really think that it is hard to see why you are not achieving your fitness goals?  You don’t believe that you can get them done yourself.  You might act like you think you can but deep down inside you have your doubts because of all your past failures.

When your thoughts are dominated by doubt you will never get to you allotted fitness goals.  You need to take a long hard look at yourself and know why it is your are doing this.  Are you trying to look better?  Are you doing it for your family or better yet for yourself?  Are you trying to create a new better you?  You need to know why are you doing this and then take some damn action.  I am really getting tired of people coming up with excuses and not doing what they need to do to get in shape.  I’m not trying to be mean here but if you are looking to do P90X and plan and getting the package and not even opening it for the first 6 months, please don’t waste your money.

I don’t want you to waste your time or money on something that you ordered because some many people were getting amazing results.  Here is the cold hard truth, the people that actually finished the program worked their butts off and they did it because they wanted a changed in theirs lives.  I am sorry if I offended anyone in my post but I think it is time for some drastic changes in the way people are taking care of themselves.

P90X is an amazing program, it flat out works but you have to be willing to commit 90 days to working your butt off.   I will be here for you, I will help you through the tough times if you need me.  As a Beachbody Coach it is my job to make sure that people are getting the most out the programs and they are getting the best shape of their lives from  home.  If you want a change, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
