P90X Workout Schedule

What is the time that you usually workout for your P90X workout schedule?  The reason I ask is that it is very important that you know what the proper time is that you get your workouts in during the day.  One of the major secrets to success is the fact that you have to stay consistent with the times that you are working out and making sure that you are able to get into that habit of doing the same routine over again.  I know it may sound like I am beating a dead horse here but when you take a look at the people that are really kicking some but with this workout program, it is the ones that are turning their actions into a habit.

You really have to know what it is that you want and make sure that each and everyday you do something to get you there.  The key is to “Keep Pushing Play”!  They say this many times in the Beachbody programs.  You have to be able to see the bigger picture here and know what it is that you really what.  Know why it is that you are doing what you are doing.  Make sure  that your goals with your P90X workout schedule are written down and kept in a spot where you read them everyday.  I was you to look over them and memorize the reason you are doing what you are doing.

When you have a program that is as advanced as P90X you are going to get times in your workout schedule where you might feel fatigued or really beat down from it all.  This is understandable and not to mention very common.  If this does happen to  you, you have to lean on that habit that was formed in the beginning.  Just keep pushing play, keep pushing play,  because when you remain persistent with your actions it will lead you on the path of success.


As a Beachbody Coach it is my job to keep you motivated to know why it is you are doing what you are doing.  I know that it can get tough,  I know that there are times when you feel like quitting.  This is when you have to lean on someone like me.  I have been there, I know what it is like, I know what it takes to achieve your fitness goals.  Do not quit your P90X workout schedule no matter what.  Do everything you can to stay consistent and make sure that your goals will be achieved.
