I have finally got back on here with some great news about the real time results that I am going to be posting for my friend Levi who is doing P90X and Shakeology. As of Nov 2, 2009 he will be doing nothing else other than P90X for his workout. He actually canceled his gym membership and want to save some time and money by getting a total body workout from home. I am extremely excited for this because I have all the confidence in the world that Levi will get some dramatic results with using these Beachbody products.

He is going to replacing one meal a day with Shakeology as he loves the stuff and feels that it will help him to limit those calories and to help him to stay full. Levi is a guy that has been working out at a gym for quite a while and he got into his routines which started to make him plateau with the results that he wanted to see. Not to mention that he is married with a child, and finding the time to get to the gym was really becoming a challenge for him and his family. He has stated to me personally, that he has no excuse to not finishing P90X exactly the way that it was meant to be done. I know that he is going to love the results that he will see when he stays consistent by just pushing play everyday and putting that hour in.
I will be posting updates of his results nearly every week. I plan on posting photos and measurements which will really show everyone what type of results you can expect with P90X and Shakeology. To say that I am excited about all of this is a major understatement. I think that by showing people the real time results it will give the best impression that this stuff is for real and it works better than anything out there.
