Wow! I can’t believe all the great excitement that I am hearing about Shakeology and all the results that people are getting. I just got done talking to my mom, who is in the posted on here yesterday, and she has already lost 5 pounds in 1 week. That is just awesome. I know from talking to several others that the pounds seem to be melting off with this amazing shake. I have to admit when we first did this Challenge I was a little sceptical as to how everyone would do, but now I am a believer.
As a matter of fact, I am enjoying a Chocolate Shakeology as I write this mmmmm yummy. It is amazing to me how few calories are in it and how much it fills you up. SUNRISE – Antioxidant Special
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 scoop Berry Shakeology
3/4 cup water
Ice to taste

1 scoop GreenBerry Shakeology
1 cup of water
1/2 cup almond milk
1 packet Crystal light Sugar free “Classic Orange” or “Sunrise”

1/2 cup combined frozen blueberries and blackberries
