Hey all I wanted to let you know that I am going on P90X for the second round. I just completed one of the most extreme workouts on the P90X series of dvd’s, plyometrics. WOW! I have to say no matter how in shape you are, you will feel this workout. All the moving around and squatting really puts your legs into another level. It burns but I love that feeling, I love the way that I feel when I am done with one of my 90 day workouts.

That is really why I enjoy this program so much, if you look at it as a 90 day workout you will really put things into perspective for yourself. What I have been telling people (and myself) is that you just have to stay focused for one 90 day workout and then after that if you don’t like it never do it again. Shhhhh don’t tell anyone this, but I am kind of tricking them by saying that. I know that if someone truly goes through the 90 day workout of P90X, they will love it because they will be getting the best results of their lives.
Honestly the way I am looking at it is that if I can help enough people get in the best shape of their lives, then I can start to make a difference in the way they are looking at their health. I know that if I stay both consistent and persistent on this program, I will get people to see that getting is great shape is not that hard of a thing to do.
I think that it really is about staying consistent by pushing play and doing P90X, the greatest 90 day workout you will find anywhere. If you don’t believe me then look for yourself at all the results that people are getting through this great workout.
