Turbo Fire Workout is the latest workout program from the fitness guru, Chalene Johnson. Perhaps her name rings a bell, you may have heard about her from the Turbo Jan and the ChaLEAN Extreme. This is the newest addition as far as the next level of cardio kick boxing programs is concerned.
This Beachbody program makes use of High Intensity Interval Training in order to blast you through those plateaus and get you acting up on really burning those fats. This new workout program promises to burn up to 9x more than the regular cardio routines that we all have been doing. It will kick your butt by combining short HIIT intervals with longer cardio kick boxing routines in order to make sure that you get only the maximum results by creating some amazing after burn.
However, the Turbo Fire Workout is not generally for beginners although there are available modified routines intended for those needing a low impact option. But if you think that you have what it takes, then you can make good use of the “New to Class” option. The New to Class option gives you a one on one instruction on how to do and go about each move with the proper form. There are also modifiers that are demonstrated in order to help you do the moves with ease. If you have back problems or knee problems, Chalene gives you with a way to still workout without harming yourself while doing the program.
But just like any other fitness program, there are some things that you really need to do in order to achieve the best possible results.
Dieting for example, is one of the hardest things to do. Although a lot of people understand what food is good, most of us still do not have the courage to stick with that knowledge and eat only what is good for us. The Turbo Fire Workout emphasizes that if you want to stay fit, then it will be very necessary to follow a strict diet.
The first thing that this workout program will need you to do is to eat breakfast. As simple as that might sound, most people tend to ignore its importance. Make sure that the foods that you eat during breakfast are healthy and will give you the energy that you need not only for the workout, but for the entire day as well. You also have to eat in proper portions. Lunch and dinner should have different servings from what you had during breakfast. And the most important of all, is not to fill your body with junk food. Junk food will do no good to your body and will completely cancel out the many health benefits that you can get from doing this most intense workout.
