Wow! What a long week for me! I first must say that I am sorry that I was late with this post. I want to get my review posts out every Mon and this past week has been just chaos for me. I actually was in Dallas, TX all of last week for meetings for my day job. It was an insane amount of stuff packed into 3 days. I feel like my feet never actually hit the ground, but now I am back and I am more excited than ever about being a Beachbody Coach.
Because this last week was so crazy I was not able to do a lot of the thing that I like to do (make video’s, blog, twitter, meet other fitness guru’s). I was able to meet an awesome dude named Streetz on Twitter. Streetz has been doing P90X for about 2 weeks now and he is writing about it in his blog www.streetztalk.net. I so enjoy getting to know people like this, because he wants to get in the best shape of his like through P90X. I know he will do it because people like him are willing to put in the work to see the results. It is guys like him that should look into being a Beachbody Coach.
Talking to people like that is biggest reason that I became a Beachbody Coach. I know that I can make positive changes in peoples lives through all the amazing Beachbody products that are out there. In my opinion in order to succeed at anything you have to give out a lot more than you take. You have to genuinely want to help people with their goals and be willing to do the work to help them get there. I hope people can see in me how much I do want to help people get in shape, to feel better than most of them have ever felt in their entire lives.
This Guy is 40 and in the best shape of his life (3:19)
Unfortunately you will occasionally have times where you cannot do what you need to do. I really felt kind of cruddy not being able to interact with people that are fitness orientated and want to make some changes in their lives. I was not able to do any P90X while I was in Dallas and that frustrated me a little. I was able to workout there a bit each day, but I didn’t get burn that I wanted to achieve. No big deal though, I have made up for it when I got home.
Finally I just want to mention all the people that I know personally on here, Melvin, Eric, and soon my Mom (Rene). I want to say how proud I am of you guys for keeping focused and knowing that it takes some hard work to see and feel the results that you deserve. Keep up the great work guys!

Thanks for the shout Jesse! I’m still here and still focused. I think I will look into Beachbody coaching after I complete the cycle!
My hardest thing is eating right. Im similar to you in that I dont have “weight issues” but I want to be ripped! I complete Week 3 on Sunday. I feel more energized and stronger but see minimal body change so far. From other workouts I’ve done, I know that focus will get me there soon!
I’ll keep you posted!
Hey Streetz, you should check this post http://fitnessofwealth.com/9-dos-and-dont-of-changing-your-diet
Try to follow it, diet can be a beast. Remember 80% of bodies are built in the kitchen.
Let me know if you have any questions.
