My hardest thing is eating right. Im similar to you in that I dont have &quot;weight issues&quot; but I want to be ripped! I complete Week 3 on Sunday. I feel more energized and stronger but see minimal body change so far. From other workouts I&#039;ve done, I know that focus will get me there soon!
