Just got done with a great weekend in Brainerd, MN at the lakes and I feel great! I am excited to get back to the site and see and talk to all the people that are among the Beachbody community. I was actually able to have quite a few really nice conversations about health and fitness with several great people that I met. I think that people really are starting to notice that I do care and I want to make a positive difference in the world to help make people look and feel their best.
So far with the Shakeology challenge I have gotten some amazing feedback with several people that are participating. One girl named Mellisa has already lost 5 lbs in 7 days!!! While another girl that I work with has lost 3 lbs in 5 day! I am extremely excited for them because I know how hard they are working at their goals. It is people like them that make me realize why I am doing this. I want people to see how great you can feel by taking care of yourself the right way.
The reason I am a Beachbody Coach is that I know they have the best stuff that gets the best results. I challenge anyone out there to find something as complete as P90X or something as crazy hard as Intensity. The products flat out work and will get the life changing results that you are looking for. If you don’t believe it, know that everything has a money back guarantee. What I have found out is that some people will order the product and now open it for a while. I think this is because they are not ready to take that next step mentally.

When you are sick and tired of the way that you look and feel, do something about it. Products like P90X and ChaLean Extreme are the perfect tools to get you where you want. It really is a law of exercise that I am preaching. If you buy a Beachbody Product, use it the way that they tell you to. You will get physically transformational results as a result. Again I challenge you to find any reviews of any of the Beachbody products where someone said they completed the whole thing and say no difference. They are guaranteed for a reason people. Now get off of your butt and do something about it.
