Jesse Regan BodyHello my name is Jesse Regan and I am a Beachbody Coach.  I have a background in Pharmaceuticals and a passion for health and fitness.  My story goes a little something like this…After spending a lot of time behind the windshield for me I started to gain some weight.  Mainly around the mid-section and it did not sit well with me.

After gaining these extra pounds I decided I needed to make some dramatic changes.  I had been going to a gym for about 5 years now and found my self in the same routine every time I went.  After seeing an infomercial for P90X I knew that would be the perfect solution.  Going into this I basically knew nothing about the program.  I had never done anything like  yoga, kenpo karate, plyometrics, not to mention  I was definitely afraid of pull ups.  To say the least, I really had no idea what I was getting myself in for.

I didn’t know exactly what I was doing but I just kept pushing play everyday,  and then something amazing started to happen. I started to get the results I always dreamed of.  I was getting cut and ripped like never before and my energy levels were through the roof.   When I was about 2/3 of the way through it I found out about what a Beachbody Coach is and I knew it was exactly what I wanted to do.

Having the experience and the know how to get the amazing results is just a start to what I can offer you.   As a Beachbody Coach I am willing to give you way more than you will find anywhere else.

Here is why you want me as your Coach. When you decide to go with one of the many Beachbody home fitness programs you will be getting more than just an assigned Coach. You will be getting a someone who is willing to go above and beyond to get you the results you desire.

This is what you can expect from me as your Free Beachbody Coach:

2. Always Available: 701-205-1246 You can call or email anytime and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

3. Keep You in Check:  Once we know what your goals are, I will be keeping you in check as often as you need it.  I am willing to go above and beyond if you need me to.

4. Get Your Questions Answered:  If you have any questions, I will do everything in my power to get them answered.  I am here to get you the results that you are looking for.  It does not just have to be about the workouts, you can come to me with anything, for example diet.  Even if I don’t have the answer, I will find it.

5.  Teach you how to help others:  My goal is to help as many people as I can. I know the only way I can do that is by encouraging others to let their passion shine through with health and fitness.

This is just a start to what you can expect from me. Remember this is all for FREE, when you purchase P90X, Shakeology , Insanity or any other Home Fitness Program you will be getting a Coach that will do more for you than anyone else.  I guarantee you that you will not find anyone that is willing to do as much as I will to help you with your fitness goals.
